The Office of the Senior Vice President and General Counsel is the in house law firm for Rutgers University. Our office represents the university in all legal proceedings and provides legal advice to the president, Board of Governors, and administration on a broad array of legal issues. We also educate Rutgers members on laws applicable to university operations, solve legal problems, facilitate transactions, and provide advice and representation to help our clients fulfill their missions and meet their goals.
